Do you have a catalog? We do not print a catalog because our inventory changes frequently. Our website is updated every week with new styles. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive an email when new styles are added.
Do you sell wholesale? Yes, in order to purchase at wholesale you must first register. After approval you will receive an email containing your user id and password.
Do you sell drop ship? Yes, please complete this form, enter DROPSHIP as the reseller id. After approval you will receive an email containing your user id and password.
Do you ship overseas? At this time we can only ship to USA locations.
What is the best way to order from you? Our primary order process is our e-commerce shopping cart. To add an item to your cart; 1. Click on the product image. 2. Read the description then scroll the page down enter the quantity you want to buy. 3. Click the add to cart image. You can add as many items to your cart while browsing through our site. Can I pay with a check or money order? Yes, follow the same steps as described above to add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout simply print the page that shows your totals including shipping and tax. Do your handbags have logos? The handbags we carry do not have a designer label. Although our goal is to provide the finest replicas available, we do not wish to violate anyone's copyright.
How long does it take to ship to me? Orders are shipped Mon-Fri at 3PM daily using UPS ground. UPS will send an email containing a tracking number to the email address used on our checkout page. General delivery takes 3-5 days depending on your location. To track your UPS shipment click here.
How often do you get new styles? New styles are added weekly and sold out items are refilled. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive an email when new styles are added.
How do I return a damaged or defective item? Before we can accept a return or exchange we must issue an RMA #. Click here to access our RMA request form.
If an item is SOLD OUT when will it be restocked? We do our best to restock sold out items as quickly as possible. If the item is no longer available we will remove it from the site within 2 week of being sold out.
